Built for the parts of the grid that changed most

Distribution networks full of rooftop solar. Solar, wind and battery plants at the grid connection point. Critical infrastructure under new security rules. Here is what we offer each today, and what is coming.

Coverage

What works today, by asset

Every capability carries its real status, so you can plan with facts. Security is built into every Ozari deployment, and Ozari Defend is in early access for any OT estate.

Distribution networks

Midday demand now falls below zero in some states, and reverse flow limits how much more solar a feeder can take. Operators need to see it and act on it, safely.

  • See reverse flow, voltage and headroom on every feeder, live.
  • Hold export under hosting limits with the smallest curtailment.
  • Restore supply through ties after a fault (FLISR), advisory by default.
  • Coordinate capacitor banks against voltage limits.
  • Forecast load and solar with an uncertainty band, with ozari+.

Solar and wind generators

Plants must meet their agreed performance standards, keep inverters healthy and stay secure where they connect to the grid. We help with the controls, data and security work today.

  • Control system and SCADA engineering for new and existing plants.
  • Protocol integration: IEC 61850, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104 and Modbus.
  • OT security: remove default passwords, segment networks, secure remote access.
  • Test plans and evidence for commissioning and registration.

The Ozari generation and renewables module is in the final stages of completion, built with design partners. If you own solar or wind assets, you can still help shape it.

Storage and hybrid plants

Batteries are the largest part of the connection queue and now set prices in over a third of intervals. They also bring new devices to secure.

  • Integration engineering, including Modbus and Sparkplug B monitoring of battery systems in Ozari today.
  • OT security reviews for battery and hybrid sites.
  • Commissioning support, test plans and evidence.

Battery dispatch in Ozari is on the roadmap. Monitoring is available now.

Early access

Critical infrastructure defence

New rules ask operators to manage OT risk, report incidents within hours and be able to run with OT isolated. Ozari Defend gives you AI-native cyber defence that stays on your premises.

  • On-premise and sovereign: your data stays in your environment.
  • Events normalised to OCSF and mapped to MITRE ATT&CK for ICS.
  • AI agents triage at machine speed. A person approves every OT response.
  • Engineering support for IEC 62443 zones, asset inventory and incident readiness.

Beyond power

The same kernel, for other critical industries

Water, oil and gas, manufacturing and transport are on the Ozari roadmap. The safety gate, audit and identity are already shared across modules.

Start safely

Begin with a read-only shadow pilot

Ozari runs beside your current systems, sees the same data and issues no commands. You measure the value with your own data before anything changes.
