- Enquiries. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, your area of interest, your message and the page you sent it from.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the service.
- Cookies. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for people who sign in to manage the site.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. We use server logs to keep the website secure and working. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Anti-spam protection
To limit spam, the contact form uses a hidden field, a time check and a short-lived counter based on a one-way hash of your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored with your enquiry.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database, which only authorised ozari.ai staff can access, and are sent to our business email. Our hosting and email providers process this data for us to provide their services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. To do so, contact us through the form on our contact page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version.
