A grid that increasingly runs itself, with people in command
Aircraft fly on autopilot for most of a flight, yet pilots stay in command, and each new automatic function is earned through testing. We think the grid will go the same way.
- Autonomy earned in stages. Functions move from advise, to confirm, to automatic only when people arm them, zone by zone.
- AI that improves only through proof. New model generations are proven in shadow and promoted by people.
- Intelligence next to the assets. Sovereign by default, not dependent on someone else’s cloud.
- Evidence for every claim. Every change and decision can be checked.
